No. But lots of people would like to make you think that it is; the better to cover up for political failings on the part of the Obama Administration.
We’ve seen the “America The Ungovernable” movie plenty of times. The only surprise is that we act as though each new viewing is a novel event.

Look, I would love to think that we could simply resolve all of these issues in a civilian court. But in many cases, we can’t. This isn’t a partisan point, just a realistic one. And Krauthammer explains why:

Look, I don’t have a problem with President Obama addressing schoolchildren.
He asked for the opprobrium.
