I promise to be delighted whenever senior members of the Taliban and/or al Qaeda are captured or killed, and not to make the kind of derisive jokes about how “we always seem to be catching or killing the number 2 guy” that were made back when the Bush Administration captured or killed senior members of the Taliban and/or al Qaeda.
