Unfunded mandates, psychobabble classifying of children into special education to deal with discipline, dumbing down of subject matter courses, loading of curricular with every &quot;good idea&quot;(sex education for elementary students) and the list goes on. &lt;br&gt;Has elementary and secondary education improved since the Department was created a few decades ago?</description>
