I would probably invest a significant amount of it into nanotechnology. You have to think that the nanotech sector has a lot going for it, given that nanomedicine is now being perfected into a cancer-fighting measure.
I look forward to seeing how nanotechnology can be used in other ways to lengthen and improve the quality of human life. And of course, there are a whole lot of new nanotech-related inventions coming down the pipeline.
