    I'm floored. Since when do the edgy ones make sense? By prominently featuring "The audacity of..." they've left the reservation. Big brother seems to be losing his grip.

    How about the audience? That's probably the quietest (or least enthused) audience I have heard on that show since they were bashing Bush every night.
  • Glad I'm not the only one to notice that. The sad truth about the Daily Show (which I haven't seen since the election -- it's all Colbert now for me) is that it's only funny when it has foils. You can tell Stewart's heart isn't in it any more, and the audience is just depressed.
