Implement the recommendations Bjørn Lomborg calls for, and enact a carbon tax tied to actual global warming levels that will be offset by payroll tax cuts.
Too bad the Obama Administration not only will not follow these recommendations, but will instead accept a cap-and-trade bill the likes of which Candidate Obama campaigned against.
