Say Goodbye to Chrysler As We Knew It

Chrysler’s secured creditors refused to take half of what they could get in bankruptcy, collapsing the Obama administration’s (and the UAW’s) ability to control the automaker’s fate. The administration is promising a Chapter 11 bankruptcy of a few weeks. Bad news: Those creditors might be able to break up the company to get their money.
