Yesterday, Francis covered Obama’s instruction to his cabinet to find $100 million in cost savings and just how meaningless that number seems in light of the $3.6 trillion budget that the administration has proposed. As Francis so illustratively pointed out, it takes a lot of $100 millions to make a dent in a budget that gigantic.

Watch Gibbs try to insist that in this instance $100 million is a big number, even though just a few weeks ago he called an $8 Billion appropriations bill “minuscule”.
